I just received a partial refund on the postage from an EBay seller because the item cost less to send, the seller goes by the name of HetZijspoor
I didn't ask for a refund, he just provided it - a top class act.
Contrast his actions with the various sellers who have demanded (and received) 18Eu to send a wagon or 18,90Eu for a set of six Preiser figures. Unfortunately these sellers are in the majority. |

It is a pleasant surprise (& one of the advantages of using PayPal). I've actually had a few refunds like this & made a couple myself. |
