Trouble with Roco Wagons Anyone?
Hi all
Just taken delivery of some lovely swap body / piggy back wagons made by Roco.
Out of the 4, 3 have come with one or two buffers broken off. The wagon bodies are metal, and the buffers fit into a very small slot.
Has anyone else found this to be a problem? If so can it be rectified?
Cheers
David

Hello David
same problem with the Br93 DRG Version ( ex BBĂ–)
all 4 buffers were broken. Found 3 inside the box. one stuck in the wheels.
a reclamation forwarded to roco upset me really. they said sorry you have to go to your retailer. They refused to sende me the spare parts. since then I wait for the 4 buffers......
When I had a problem with liliput and Piko, they directly responded and sent me without cost the needed spare parts.
So I consider the next time buying a model from roco. the quality is going down by roco.
Greetings Martin
I had one containerwagen with a broken buffer, one car came in a box not made for it, and a flatcar with a crummy looking load, all from Slovakian production. Here's hoping the new management makes some effort to improve this state of affairs.

Where are these made? I have 2 new passenger ones that sre made in Bergheim and they are pristine and perfect. Coincidently, I wrote about this issue a little while back as many are now made in China. I was blasted by someone for expressing my humble opinion. Maybe you get what you pay for?
Please note,
I have rigorously checked all Mr Klee's threads and I cannot detect any 'blasting' or even the hint of a 'tone' except for the recent remark in the last posting of this thread.
