Has anyone managed to obtain any spares?

....or for that matter any Lima spares? So far I've been given the runaround by Hornby.... contact a retail outlet in Nottingham whom I've never heard of... 8 weeks later (to his credit) he rings me back to tell me he can't get the items I want and to try direct from Lima Italia... Emailed, wrote two letters, left four messages on an answerphone (2 in English, 2 in German) and 12 weeks later no reply. I'll refrain from posting any comment on the quality of service I've received from the Hornby Group.
