Pfälzische Ludwigsbahn
As Tom Lynch requested, here are some photos I took recently along the line between Kaiserslautern and Neustadt a.d. Weinstrasse. Hochspeyer: Franzosenwoog Tunnel: Frankenstein (pfalz) - no sign of human occupation :wink: Weidenthal - The original station building. A new Weidenthal station has now been built over 1km away.

:lol: By comparison with the size of the villages, many old stations seem extraordinarily large nowadays. This is especially true when compared with the bus shelters that replace them.

Thanks Alan, really appreciate the photos. Hochspeyer station building still looks like the photos I took back in the '80s. Nice to see one of the old station in Weidenthal, hard to find one of that on the web.
