Having a laugh with some new stuff
I am just experimenting to see if I can remember how to post images. I've got photobucket taped, I think. So let's have a look and see if I can make an idiot of myself.... with some amateurish photos with my daughter's digital camera - she has no idea I am using it. Hopefully that will post an overview of the telegraph pole train (Trix 24041), sitting on a plank on the piano. It's got the Fleischmann Guterzugbegleitwagen and the Liliput 75 1002 as proportional references. Hopefully that will provide a view from the other end With any luck, that will show detail of the numbers of the pole wagon. Obviously I can't match the techniques of some, but I will get better, and when it's in the context of the overall project, it will look better. Cheers, and I hope this works when I press post. Phil

Is the train motion set off by playing the piano? Perhaps you have to play train songs to get it to move. "take the A train" "Chatanooga choo choo" etc :D

Hi Phil, Looks as though you have mastered it! Nice photos! I seem to remember a certain plank a few years ago, :8) Have you patented the music control system? :D I was wondering if I used a ipod, that I could get multiple operation? :wink: Best regards, David
