Hello, Permo is not only a store, it's a small series manufacturer, the TT, N and H0 items in their store are their own products. And not only for East German networks, although their focus for their epoche III - IV accesoires is on East Germany. But their epoche I + II items like i.e. horse-drawn conveyances, can be use for a lot of railway topics of other regions and countries. Because of the question about mode of payment ( = Zahlungsart) , I looked on their homepage now, they offering the choice of prepayment-bill ( Vorkasse-Rechnung) , direct debit authorization ( Bankeinzug / Lastschrift) or cash on delivery (Nachnahme) . The customer have to give his preference in the 'Bestellung' = order. I don't know which modes are possible are possible by ordering from foreign countries, best is to ask by Email. Delivering times are 4 days till 4 weeks after order, depends if the item is on stock or have to been manufactured, and new items = Neuheiten, of course, after appearance. I have no experience withe Permo, but I will order some of the epoche I items in the future. Dirk

Today I received the invoice of the article by mail paper. It is necessary to pay by IBAN and BIC. It is not most practical for me :? Michel

Hello Michel, have you received your model(s), what's about the quality? I assume you solved your little 'problem' to pay using the IBAN and BIC codes, they are just the EU / international codes of the banks, you have just to know those codes of the bank of the payment-receiver. And usually there are no extra fees within EU using that standard transfer. Dirk

Hi Dirk, Yes, I received quickly the item. There was also a chocolate in the package :D . I am very happy with quality; it is a small stop bus of GDR made in metal and painted in gray. They are very serious but that would be good if they accept also payments with paypal like Kotol store because i can't do money transfert since my computer so i have to go to the bank and sometimes it is so long ! The reason I'm very curious at the moment is that I have ordered a new item by Permo last week, a horse-drawn fire brigade car in 1:160 http://www.permo-miniaturen.de/index.html?n-neuheiten_07.htm . And although the models always look good at the pics on their HP, the size of the pics is so small, that I couldn't be shure about the precision the items are manufactured. But sounds good what you are reporting, and so I'm waiting in suspense to the model. A good source to learn a little more about the Permo-models, and see them in wonderful sceneries, is Dennis Kathke's http://www.bw-wittenberge.de/ , like Tim recommended it to me. Tim also told me, that money transfers within EU using IBAN and BIC codes are not always without fees, so everybody should inform before. Only between Germany and Austria seems to be no extra fee in common, and I had only expirience with that case before. Dirk

Any payment in IBAN/BIC to most if not all EU countries from the NL is without tranfer fee. Especially via internetbanking. Jacq
