Fleischmann update
I just read that Fleischmann will close its Dinkelsbuhl facility and its HQ in Nuremberg. Heilsbronn will stay open with 225 jobs remaining as there will be 107 losing their jobs there. As it stands today, and for what its worth, Marklin is number 1, Hornby is number 2, Roco is number 3 and Fleischmann is 4th. Pierre Klee

I think it all depends on personal tastes. For me, Fleischmann will be always number one. Regards

Quality, quantity, number of job losses, cost, recalls (probably the latter) Without any further explanation, the comment does not really mean that much.

Marklin 1, Hornby 2, Roco 3,..... must be based on the depth of the wheel flanges?

Fleischmann Update
These numbers are based on the volume of sales. I.E., Marklin sells the most, Hornby sells the second most , ROCO the third and Fleischmann's sales are in fourth place. Pierre
