Diagrams for Fleischmann
Does anyone know of a source for the exploded-view instruction sheets for Fleischmann loks? I have some N-gauge Fleischmann equipment which I would like to get parts for. This would be the standard two-sided sheet showing the parts breakdown and parts numbers for each locomotive. I know they exist because you can see a precious few of them when leafing through the "spare parts" area of the Fleischmann website. Every other manufacturer includes this sheet when you purchase a lok; why not Fleischmann?

Bill- If you go to the Fleischmann website at http://fleischmann.de go to N Scale, seek your locomotive, then click on the Spare parts link to the right of the product photo. This will bring up a list of spare parts. If you then click on the spare part number, it will in many cases show a PDF with your locomotive's exploded parts view. For example, for spare parts for Fleischmann 7036, doing this will take you to this pdf: http://fleischmann.de/images/spareparts/etl_pdf/ET_7036.pdf Is this what you were looking for? Richard.

Good resource is http://www.spielbahner.de/home0.htm for all major european producers.

Nicholas - I have that website in my "Favorites"' but I can't seem to navigate past the home page - the "anleitungen" button, which I think is the one I want, results in a "webpage not found" message. Thanks

Bill, I went through this problem many times and finally I purchased the binder from Fleischmann. The binder is a yellow color file book titled “ERSATZTEILE” and there you will find all the spare parts available in the Fleischmann range of locomotives, wagons, electrical equipment, etc. In my personal view is a very convenient reference book. There are also chances to buy it from the auction pages that we all know in Germany. Regards,

Thanks for all the help, gentlemen. Perhaps I will attempt to obtain the binder from Fleischmann - it is just aggravating that they don't include a page along with each lok they sell!
