class 75.0 DRG Brawa - ReviewAnnounced February 2007
Released September 2007
Detail Stunning detail with very finely cast add ons.
Colouring Difficult to get a black and red colouring scheme wrong!
Printing Well executed and legible
Couplings Typical hook and loop, that are easily swapped for close coupler heads (equipped with NEM pockets)
DCC Chip Lok sound 3.5. The sound is good, not blow you out the water type sound, but very good for a locomotive of this size. Why does every locomotive from Brawa come out with a preset address of 03!!!!
Comment This is a really nice model. It is heavier than the Marklin T5 so should have good pulling power. If you are modelling Württemberg this is a pretty essential locomotive to have. Unlike the Brawa Class 56 it does not suffer from pick up problems (a case of its weight maybe?)
Rating 8/10
Previous version K.W.St.E. and DB Ep III
