Aztek Airbrush
Hi Forum Members,
We are forever talking about after sales service and I would like to bring a pleasant experience to your attention.
About two years ago I purchased an Aztek double action airbrush which gave me hours of trouble free operation. However on 24/02/2007 the airbrush malfunctioned and upon opening I found that the link between the nozzle and trigger has for some reason broken.
I sent a letter setting out the problem together with some pictures and proof of purchase to The Testors Corporation (makers of Aztek airbrushes).
On 30/03/2007 I received a complete replacement body from The Testors Corporation. I think that is a "Thumbs Up" for Testors.
Just thought I should let the Forum know. Anybody out there with a similar experience?
Kind regards.
Johan
Johan,
Yes, and again with an American company.
Factory Direct Trains Inc. of Asheville, North Carolina, sold me two Precision Craft Models DB BR 01s, which were shipped by someone at the parent company inexperienced in packing. Although the outer carton was pristine on arrival, both arrived damaged.
The spares not being readily obtainable, and before I asked, Factory Direct Trains sent two new locomotives, properly packed and intact on arrival, and undertook to pay the return postage cost for the first pair.
These are on their way at Parcelforce's International Standard Parcel rate (see their website, look at 2.3 kilos to the USA!) and FDT's prompt service has earned them another order.
