Does DB have any long term plans to "clean up" the disused yards etc? My observation is that there's a small fortune in scrap steel an copper wire, and at the moment prices for scrap metal are through the roof. On the other hand, with the price of oil heading up in the long term, a lot of those disused facilities might be required. At least we can hope....
